Holy cats-n-jammers, Jane! So much shared in a 5-minute video journal! While I didn’t know you and yours lived in Costa Rica and Panama, sadly, the news and stories of the violence inhabiting those places overshadows their natural beauty. There’s something about the phrase “monkeys in the trees” in itself that has a serene quality about it!
Hope the tour, friendships, and of course the music always give you a catharsis of sorts. We do indeed live in a great country, in spite of its faults we may find. What also makes it great is that it allows us regular ol’ folks to change those faults as we see fit and justified! Nothing like traveling to a land that squelches such to appreciate all we’ve got. Traveled to Mexico once … greeted by armed soldiers at terminal (re: shack) entry way. They don’t have much of a sense of humor. That’s another story for maybe another time!
Wishing you and the band a good, fun show tonight *near* Detroit! (Pssst … it’s Clarkston, and we who remember still call it Pine Knob!) I’ll be there, pouring beers and serving hot dogs in the name of my son’s school and hockey team. HOPEfully … I’ll be dismissed early to catch y’all on the stage!
BTW, ‘fore I go, I must add: You do so need to do a biography! This segment alone is 50 pages of great insight of a talented lady appreciated by oh-so many! I’ll stay at my sister’s place in Santa Rosa, we can interview anwhere in ‘tween! Really, I’d do yer story proud! ANYway …
Thanks for sharin’! Watch those Detroit elevators … and stay good and true to you!

Brilliant video. Thank you for sharing so much of yourself and your amazing and interesting life. I agree with John above, a book by you would be so great.
Love these videos. So interesting, fantastic insights.
Hope the tour and life on the road treats you well in the weeks ahead. Enjoy every minute, life is so short.
I was lucky to meet you in Virginia last week (Redskins guy). Thank you again for that. You were so nice to me and my wife and daughter. Hope you will take me up on my offer of a game (anytime) AC has my info.
Jane,
Having almost drowned and been robbed in the week I was in Costa Rica, I concur with your ill prepared comments. I had contemplated moving there, but alas sanity prevailed. See Ya Friday!
